Space Tech Expo Europe: the supply-chain meeting starts before Bremen

The 17-19 November exhibition offers free B2B matchmaking. A focused technical profile is more useful than waiting for chance encounters on the floor.

Space Tech Expo Europe takes place at Messe Bremen on 17-19 November 2026. The event covers the space supply chain, from launch and satellite operations to ground systems, materials, components and software.

Its useful commercial feature is preparation before arrival. The organiser’s B2B platform lets participants create profiles, find counterparts and request meetings. Meeting requests opened on 5 October, well ahead of the exhibition.

For a dual-use supplier, this is a chance to locate the specific interface between a capability and a customer’s mission. The buyer might need a component, a manufacturing service or reliable ground-side integration rather than an entire satellite.

Separate the event pass from matchmaking

The organiser provides a free event-pass registration and says participants need that pass before signing up for B2B matchmaking. The meeting platform is also free and is organised with Enterprise Europe Network Bremen, hosted by Bremer Aufbau-Bank and the regional economic ministry.

Profiles can be browsed across visitors, exhibitors and speakers. Both sides request and accept meetings. These are contact opportunities, not a prearranged procurement process. No registration or meeting request has been made on a reader’s behalf.

Register for the event pass first, then create the free B2B profile and request targeted meetings before 17 November.

Give an engineer a reason to meet

Our recommendation is to write the profile around a technical responsibility. State the subsystem, its application, the evidence available and the integration support the company can supply. A broad claim to serve aerospace does less work than a concrete description of the interface.

Use that description to choose counterparts: a mission team, a subsystem integrator, a manufacturing partner or a ground-service provider. The most useful follow-up is a defined technical conversation with the responsible team, rather than collecting contacts without an agreed next step.

Check the current programme, not the old heading

The current website confirms the 2026 dates and open registration. At our check, however, one prominently linked conference page retained a 2025 agenda heading. We therefore do not present its individual sessions as a confirmed 2026 programme.

The calendar entry uses the verified 17-19 November dates and Bremen location. For a specific conference session, use the organiser’s final 2026 schedule. The venue information places the event in Messe Bremen halls 4, 5, 6, 7 and 4.1.
