Privacy

The portal has no reader accounts or advertising trackers of its own. Search runs in your browser; we do not store searches unless you choose to create a job alert.

The hosting provider may process your IP address and technical request information to deliver and secure the site. MSSG videos are delivered by the portal hosting provider. Where an article includes a YouTube player, the embedded player connects to YouTube when loaded on the page. That service’s privacy policy then also applies.

The publisher is Mitchell Strategic Solutions Group. Questions about personal data can be sent through the MSSG contact page.

Language preference

When you visit the portal’s root address, we select an edition using your browser’s preferred languages. Choosing EN, PL or УКР saves a mssg_language cookie for 12 months to remember your preference on future visits. It contains only the language code, is not used for tracking and can be removed in your browser settings. Direct links to language editions retain their language.

Visit statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views, referral sources and site performance. It does not use analytics cookies or track readers across websites. We do not send email addresses or form contents to it. Cloudflare Web Analytics

Links in our social posts may include campaign labels (UTM). We count arrivals by campaign, channel, page and day in our own database, without cookies, IP addresses, email addresses or reader identifiers. These counts are not unique people; reloads can count again. Authorised technical tests are reported separately.

Job alerts

Job alerts are separate from the newsletter. With your consent, we store your email address, selected search criteria, language and confirmation and delivery history in our site database to send new matching vacancies. Brevo delivers the emails. Every alert contains a link to stop that alert. We do not receive job applications or CVs.

Newsletter

Subscription is voluntary and requires email confirmation. Your address and selected language are used to send the MSSG News newsletter with your consent. We do not share the mailing list with advertisers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Brevo processes confirmations, subscriptions and unsubscriptions as our email service provider. Open and click measurement for confirmation emails is anonymous and is not attributed to individual recipients. To limit form abuse, we keep keyed identifiers derived from IP and email addresses and request counters for up to 48 hours, clearing expired counters on the next form request. These counters do not contain raw IP or email addresses. Brevo: privacy
