Łukasiewicz dual-use conference: 3 November at Warsaw Industry Week

The one-day conference in Nadarzyn connects defence technology with civilian industry. We add it to the calendar separately from the 3-5 November trade fair.

The Łukasiewicz Research Network is organising a conference on dual-use technologies and innovation in Poland’s economy on 3 November 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, near Warsaw.

It forms part of Warsaw Industry Week. The conference is a one-day entry in our calendar; the surrounding trade fair runs from 3 to 5 November. These are different date ranges.

For suppliers working between civilian and defence markets, the useful question is how a research capability becomes a product that a customer can test, integrate and support. The event offers a place to raise that question with potential partners.

What the programme covers

The organiser lists space and satellite technologies, autonomous and unmanned systems, and advanced materials. Applications include logistics, medical evacuation and infrastructure protection. The announced location is the trade-fair studio in Hall F.

Planning a visit

The official visitor registration is open and offers a free trade-fair ticket. The venue address is Al. Katowicka 62, 05-830 Nadarzyn. Check the linked programme before travelling: a precise start time for the Łukasiewicz session was not stated in the programme we checked on 20 October. Do not use the start time of a different conference at the fair.

What to take into a partner discussion

Our editorial suggestion is to bring a concrete use case rather than a general technology presentation. Describe the civilian customer’s problem, the defence application, the test evidence already available and the next integration step. Ask who would own testing, certification and support. These are preparation questions, not promises of funding, procurement or access offered by the organiser.
