DroneX is listed in ExCeL London’s official calendar for 29-30 September, with opening hours of 10:00-16:00 on both days. The event brings together suppliers and users of unmanned aviation across several sectors. Registration and the current programme are available from the organiser.

For a Polish or Ukrainian company, the attraction is the mix of applications. A sensor, communications component or software service may be relevant to more than one buyer group. The commercial requirements of those groups should still be considered separately.

This is a guide to the announced event, not a report of completed meetings or attendance. Promotional audience figures describe the organiser’s expectations and should not be treated as an audited result for the 2026 edition.

Plan around a product and a buyer

A useful visit begins with the exhibitor directory and programme, rather than a broad promise to find partners. Component suppliers can identify integrators; service businesses can look for operators and end users. The same technology may require different support and documentation in each application.

Civil emergency-response demand is not identical to a defence procurement requirement. A demonstration at a mixed-use event does not establish military qualification or a route into a government purchasing system. Those questions belong in the follow-up discussion.

Practical details

The venue’s listing is a useful independent check on dates and opening hours. The organiser’s site remains the place to confirm registration, access conditions and programme changes. Check those before booking travel, especially for a short visit with scheduled meetings.

Our recommendation is to select a small number of relevant contacts and prepare a specific account of the product configuration, available evidence and delivery capacity. The exhibition can introduce the parties; it does not replace their technical or commercial assessment.
