Bayern Innovativ lists 22 October 2026, 09:00-16:30, at Fliegerhorst Erding. Registration closes on 15 October, without late registration. The Commission’s old September URL redirects to an October listing.

The programme combines demonstrations and discussions about system integration. It lists Brave1’s Artem Moroz among panel participants. The organiser describes a restricted professional audience rather than a public open day.

Check admission and identify which integration questions the demonstrations can answer. Our recommendation is to confirm the current programme before travel. A search-result date is not reliable enough for a booking.

System integration is the subject

Bayern Innovativ plans demonstrations connecting space, land and air systems. The relevant industry question is integration: whether information from one element can be used by others and how the human role is defined. These remain programme announcements, not results of demonstrations that have yet to occur.

The Commission also describes coordinated-system demonstrations. For a sensor, communications or software supplier, that format supports discussion of the component’s place in a larger capability. Individual performance figures do not settle interface compatibility or maintenance responsibility.

Ukraine in the programme

Artem Moroz of Brave1 appears in the published panel on protecting mobile forces, providing a specific link to Ukraine’s defence innovation community. The agenda remains provisional, and a listed speaker does not imply that every attending company will receive an individual meeting.

For Polish and Ukrainian suppliers, discussion of user requirements and integration partnerships may be relevant. An event conversation remains distinct from formal selection for testing, partnership or procurement.

Registration and access

The official date is 22 October 2026, 09:00-16:30 at Fliegerhorst Erding. The organiser gives 15 October as the registration deadline and excludes late registration. Attendance is restricted to a defined professional audience from defence, security, industry and research.

These details should be read from the current organiser page. Older URLs and search summaries can retain superseded dates. The link below leads to official registration; acceptance and access conditions remain the organiser’s responsibility.

Reading a demonstration critically

Our assessment is that visitors should distinguish the planned scope from what was actually demonstrated. A scripted event may illustrate integration well without being an independent reliability test. Product evaluation also needs the conditions of the trial and identification of the tested version.

That distinction matters particularly for autonomy and counter-drone systems. Separating plans, observations and the eventual report avoids crediting a technology with capabilities the event was never designed to assess.
